At All-In miND Counselling, I support adolescents, individuals, student-athletes, and parents navigating identity, pressure, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Many people experience pressure from school, sport, relationships, expectations, and the challenge of balancing who they are with who they feel they need to be.

Counselling provides a space to slow down, reflect openly, and build the tools needed to strengthen confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and self-understanding.

Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we focus on personal growth, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating balance both within performance and beyond it.

I’m Kandis Sampson, founder of All-In miND Counselling. I support youth, student-athletes, and young people as they navigate the pressures of school, sport, and growing up.

With over a decade of experience working in schools and coaching youth basketball, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges many young people face balancing expectations from school, sport, and their own high standards.

My goal is to create a supportive space where young people can slow down, talk openly, and build confidence, resilience, and self-trust.
