All-In miND Counselling
All-In miND Counselling was created from a passion for supporting individuals through identity, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and life’s challenges.
At the heart of this practice is the belief that mental health, identity, pressure, performance, and self-worth are deeply connected. Many individuals carry expectations from school, sport, relationships, work, and everyday life while trying to understand who they are beyond those pressures.
This practice offers a supportive and collaborative space for reflection, growth, resilience, and building confidence through life’s challenges, both in and beyond performance.
What "miND" Means
The capitalized “ND” in miND is intentional. It represents neurodevelopment, growth, and the ongoing process of identity and personal development throughout life.
The name reflects the belief that mental health, resilience, confidence, self-understanding, and personal growth are deeply connected, and that change begins within the mind.
At All-In miND Counselling, the focus is on helping individuals navigate pressure, identity, emotional wellbeing, and life’s challenges with greater balance, reflection, and self-trust.
The Person Behind All-In miND Counselling
Kandis Sampson
Counsellor • Coach • Mental Performance Support
I bring together counselling, school-based experience, coaching, and lived experience as a parent to create a supportive and practical space for growth, connection, and self-understanding.
Outside of counselling, I value movement, connection, quiet moments, and the importance of slowing down in a fast-paced world. These values shape the way I approach counselling, with empathy, balance, authenticity, and human connection at the center of the work.
Experience & Approach
I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTCc) and a member of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). As part of my professional development and ethical practice, I work under clinical supervision.
My approach combines counselling training, school-based experience, coaching, and lived experience as a parent to support individuals navigating stress, identity, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions.
With over ten years of experience working in schools as an Educational Assistant, I have supported students with diverse learning, emotional, and social needs while gaining a strong understanding of the pressures youth face in everyday life.
Alongside counselling, I have spent many years involved in youth sports as a coach, commissioner, and NCCP-certified basketball coach. As a parent involved in elite athletics, I also understand the commitment, pressure, and identity challenges connected to competitive sport.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, SFBT, DBT, Logotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while being grounded in collaboration, connection, and meeting individuals where they are.
Why This Work Matters
Through my experience in schools, sport, coaching, and parenting, I’ve seen firsthand how much pressure people carry and how often meaningful mental health support is missing.
I believe counselling should feel human, collaborative, and grounded in real life. Whether someone is navigating stress, identity, confidence, emotional wellbeing, life transitions, or performance pressure, support should feel accessible, practical, and genuine.
As All-In miND Counselling continues to grow, my vision is to expand support through counselling, workshops, and community connection for individuals, families, athletes, and the wider community.
