Athletes face unique pressures from competition, expectations, and balancing sport with school and life. Counselling provides a space to talk openly about these challenges while developing practical tools for managing stress, strengthening confidence, and maintaining a healthy identity both in and beyond sport.
Session Fees
Mental Performance & Athlete Support
Student-Athlete Mental Performance Counselling sessions are 50 minutes and are offered online for youth, student-athletes, and young adults across British Columbia.
Fee: $105 per online session or $110 per in-person session (limited Saturday availability in Maple Ridge)
Sliding scale spaces are available ($75–$90) based on income and individual circumstances.
Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement where applicable.
